Chris Heal FBHI ( watchmaker ) has been authenticated by Tag Heuer material supply as being qualified to purchase and fit Tag Heuer parts to all Tag Heuer watches.
Special notes: Rubber straps, metal bracelets are classed as a retail item by Tag Heuer and can only be purchased via one a Tag outlet of direct from Tag.
Chealwatch will not supply third parties with Tag Heuer parts.

New straps and bracelets can only be obtained from Tag Heuer direct or one of their sales outlets.
In maintaining your watch we will:
1. Remove movement from case, remove dial and hands and inspect for damage, strip the movement, separating electronics (quartz repairs) and mechanical parts.
2. Clean the mechanical parts in an Ultrasonic machine. Check for wear and replace parts as necessary.
3. reassemble and lubricate the mechanical parts and fit new cell (quartz)
4. Clean the case/bracelet in Ultrasonic tank and fit glass if necessary.
5. Air vacuumed case and refit movement , checking seals and water test in special apparatus.
6. test for accuracy on timing machine and final inspection after 48 hours.
7. Only the correct genuine parts are used when servicing to maintain the highest standards of repair..
All Service and part work includes resealing to specified depth including new hand set crown
and return insured postage ( see note on carriage) and VAT ( EC countries )

tested to 200m and all cases and bracelets are refurbished
( note we cannot refurbish bezels and large dings in the case or bracelet

Jack Heuer created the first Carrera chronograph in 1964,
